I do not run a phone line, a messaging app, or a contact form that routes through a sales team. The work I do is high-trust, long-engagement, and best discussed in writing. Email keeps the record clean and lets me give you a useful reply even when I am mid-task on a client engagement.
Tell me your business, your town, and the one thing you want fixed first. If you have a Google Business Profile URL, include it. If you have a website, include the domain. If you have a specific question (how to rank in the 3-Pack, how to get into ChatGPT, how to fix a recent traffic drop), just ask it. I will reply.
I do not need a full brief. Two or three sentences is enough to start. If we end up working together, the brief gets built properly in the first audit.
