Website Creation Costa del Sol — Websites Built to Rank From Day One

Helping local businesses get found on Google and recommended by AI

Most local business websites are brochures. Five pages, a logo, some stock photos, and a contact form. They look fine. They do nothing. They sit on page three of Google collecting dust while your competitors get the calls.

The websites I build are different. They are not brochures — they are lead generation machines with dedicated pages, each one targeting a specific search term that your customers are typing into Google right now.

Why So Many Pages?

Every time someone searches for something related to your business, Google looks for the most relevant page to show. If you have one “Services” page, you are competing against businesses with dedicated pages for each service, each location, and each customer question.

A plumber with a page for “emergency plumber Marbella,” a page for “boiler repair Marbella,” a page for “blocked drain Marbella,” and fifty more targeted pages will outrank a plumber with one generic services page — every single time.

That is the approach I take. Every distinct search intent gets its own dedicated page.

What Every Page Includes

Structured data and schema markup. Every page has schema markup that tells Google and AI systems exactly what the page is about. LocalBusiness schema, FAQ schema, Article schema — whatever is appropriate for that page type.

Content that answers real questions. Not filler text. Not AI-generated fluff. Genuine, useful content that addresses what your customers actually want to know. This is what Google rewards and what AI systems cite.

Internal linking architecture. Every page links to related pages on your site, creating a web of relevance that Google follows. Location pages link to service pages. Service pages link to the homepage. Everything flows upward to strengthen your core topics.

FAQ sections with schema. Every page has relevant frequently asked questions marked up with FAQ schema. These are eligible to appear in Google’s People Also Ask boxes and AI Overviews.

Mobile responsive design. Every site works perfectly on phones, tablets, and desktops. Over 60% of local searches happen on mobile — your site has to look good and load fast on a phone screen.

How the Process Works

You give me your business details. Name, phone, email, services, location, anything that makes your business unique. The more you give me, the better the site.

I do the research. I analyse your competitors, extract shadow queries for your niche, identify every search intent worth targeting, and build a complete sitemap.

I build the entire site. Every page written, every schema tag implemented, every internal link connected. You get a finished WordPress theme that creates all pages automatically when you activate it.

You upload it. Install WordPress, upload the theme, activate. Your site is live with all pages, all content, all schema — ready to rank.

Built on WordPress

Every site I build runs on WordPress — the platform that powers over 40% of the web. No page builders. No bloated plugins. Clean, fast, lightweight code that search engines love. You own the site completely. No monthly hosting lock-in, no proprietary platform, no dependency on me to make changes.

The sites come with 26 colour skins you can choose from in the WordPress Customizer, along with font pairings, hero glow effects, and form embed support — all changeable without touching code.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I update the website myself after it is built?

Yes. The sites run on WordPress with a simple Classic Editor. You can update text, add pages, and change images. The Customizer lets you change colours, fonts, phone numbers, and form embeds without any coding.

How long does it take to build a website?

A typical site takes one to two weeks from receiving your business details to delivering the finished theme. Larger, more complex sites take two to three weeks.

Do I need hosting?

Yes. You need WordPress hosting to run the site. I can recommend affordable, reliable hosting providers. The site itself has no ongoing costs from me — you own it outright.

What if I already have a website?

If your existing site has good content and domain authority, we may be able to work with it. In many cases, though, a purpose-built site with proper structure and schema will outperform an optimised version of a poorly structured existing site. I will assess your situation and recommend the best approach.

Do I get to review the website before it goes live?

Yes. I show you the complete website before deployment. You review every page, provide feedback, and I make adjustments until you are satisfied.
